We’re looking for Working Students across multiple teams (Strategy, Operations, Finance, Marketing, People) who want to gain real responsibility from day one and actively shape how we scale)

Your Mission:

• Supporting your team in day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects
• Assist in researching and analyzing relevant topics and current trends
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations and decision-making materials
• Take ownership of smaller tasks or sub-projects and drive them independently
• Collaborate with team members to support the successful execution of projects
• Contribute your ideas and perspectives

Your Skills:

• Student Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively
• Independent Working Style: Able to take ownership of tasks and work autonomously with a structured approach
• Proactive Mindset Motivated to learn, contribute ideas, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks effectively and balance work with academic commitments
• Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams
