Job Description

Are you interested in finance and eager to gain your first professional experience by contributing to the success of a forward-thinking company with global outreach? Accounts Payable serves as the entry channel for finance and is the ideal way to understand how finance works in practice.

Join us at KWS Berlin GmbH as a Working Student in Accounts Payable International with Turkish (m/f/d) on a part-time basis. This role offers a 12 month contract, with an average workload of 20 hours per week

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the Accounts Payable core processes such as processing invoices.
  • Get in touch with other departments such as Business Units or Procurement.
  • Support on ad-hoc tasks that arise within the team.
  • Engage in projects focusing on automation, optimization, and digitalization.


Bring Your Strengths:

  • Enrolled student in the field of business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field with a financial focus, with minimum 2 semesters left of studies
  • Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure when facing new tasks.
  • First experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in Finance or Accounting.
  • Conscientious working style with strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Turkish & English and additional languages are a plus (Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Ukrainian).
