Job Description

Your tasks:

• Independently process all incoming invoices received by email, including review, account assignment, and preparation for posting
• Handle incoming mail, filing, and provide general administrative support to the Finance team
• Support small accounting projects, e.g. redesigning month-end closing processes or account clean-up activities
• Assist with various month-end closing tasks, such as data preparation, sample checks, and reporting support

Your profile:

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Interest in accounting and financial processes, ideally with some basic initial knowledge
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Independent and reliable way of working
