Responsibilities / Tasks

• Supporting employees in resolving basic hardware and software issues
• Assisting with IT ticket handling and monitoring their resolution by external service providers
• Preparing, configuring, and updating computers, mobile phones, and other devices used by employees
• Providing user support for IT applications and systems
• Assisting in setting up workstations for new employees and supporting organizational changes
• Participating in the creation and maintenance of user documentation and user guides
• Collaborating with IT teams and employees from various departments in Poland and abroad
• Supporting the organization of training sessions and initiatives aimed at improving IT user awareness
• Participating in projects related to the development and continuous improvement of IT services

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Interest in modern technologies and a willingness to develop in the IT field
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• English proficiency sufficient for communication and working with technical documentation in English
