Job Description

Our client, a leading multinational law firm, is currently looking for a Working Capital Controller in Hong Kong as part of the Working Capital Team.

• Prepare monthly billing and collection forecasts, manage the full working capital cycle including WIP review, bill preparation, processing, and collection
• Provide financial monitoring and audit support
• Oversee matter and client financial lifecycle, suggest service improvements, and provide audit support.
• Manage rates within 3E, review client contracts, and assist in client rate negotiations.
• Coordinate E-Billing process, client onboarding, and daily payment postings.
• Monitor client money balances, apply funds, and process refunds.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 3-5 years in credit control management, ideally in professional services or B2B within complex billing environments.
• Knowledge of Elite 3E is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
