Overview:

As an Adobe Workfront Configuration Specialist, you will help in the utilization, enablement and optimization of dentsu’s Global Workfront instance, this position is a critical role within the organization.

Reporting to the Workfront Engineering Lead, this position requires you to communicate with all levels of employees, learn and maintain current systems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We’re looking for a motivated, organized, productive team member who’s eager to dig in and drive tools and processes internally. Our ideal candidate should be structured, disciplined, astute, analytical, driven, and detail-oriented with a bias for accuracy.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a hands-on Adobe Workfront configuration and administration role, and NOT an Adobe Workfront Project Manager role.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

Workfront System Administration and Configuration Management:

  • Supporting the system utilization and stability, the role includes, governance, enhancing system functionality, aiding users with reporting and system/process optimization.
  • Provides technical subject matter expertise and business process knowledge to teams while gathering requirements and supporting business analysis.
  • Plays a hands-on role in system implementation for system functionality modules or new/existing group rollouts (Fusion knowledge is a bonus but not essential).
  • Assist with the evaluation of user feedback submitted via the Workfront Request Queue for system changes and enhancements, and impact assessing any change thoroughly before proceeding.
  • Partners with other members of the Platform teams to manage troubleshooting and recommend solutions to system or user issues.
  • Conducts regular audits on system utilization and data to increase system quality, resolve inconsistencies and correct workflow and/or system integration processes.

Workfront Reporting & Resource Management:

  • Creating visibility and understanding of the work and resource utilization.
  • Establishes metrics, builds reports and dashboards to aid in user workflow, portfolio/program/projects, channel project types and resource management.
  • Performs statistical analysis on gathered data, running queries and makes recommendations.

Workfront Governance:

  • Helping drive the use and adoption of Workfront across the business.
  • Supports the organization on system best practices and utilization alterations to best serve their working group while staying compliant with the global solutions.
  • Be seen as an expert Workfront User, understanding all areas of functionality and how they should be used by different personas and user types.
  • Actively partners with the Platform Management Team to understand the Workfront product roadmap and translate it into how enhancements or system changes can benefit an Enterprise Readiness approach.
  • Partners with our internal teams on any architecture, integration, or support needs for Workfront.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 3+ years of related professional experience in Workfront system administration.
  • 1+ years of related professional experience in Workfront Fusion.
  • Must have strong operational and project management experience.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing Workfront administration within a large corporation.
  • Ability to explain complex technical material clearly to users with varying levels of proficiency.
  • General understanding of the marketing and creative workflow processes.
  • Experience in system implementations and enhancements.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a profound curiosity and are never afraid to ask “why?”
