About the Role
As aManager,you’lllead a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You willbe responsible forgrowing and adding value to your client portfolio through projects in the field of HR Transformation, Change Management, Leadership, Culture,OrganisationDesign, WorkforceTransformationand People Analytics.

Defining,structuringand implementing improvements to the operation of the HR function, based on businessobjectivesand strategic imperatives of the clientorganisationincluding goals, vision, mission, and operational plans
Maximisingorganisationaland HR performance andestablisha culture focused onoptimisingbusiness value
Leading and delivering client engagements and collaborate with senior stakeholders and executives, their team and our internal cross line of service and capabilities teams todetermineand lead new opportunities
Managing teams to ensure on time, on budget delivery and achievement of outcomes
Defining and developing strategies, roadmaps deliver projects which help address our clients’ evolving needs along the dimensions of insight, efficiency and effectiveness, and control
Develop and implement change roadmaps that integrate AI solutions with organizational processes and workforce structures.
Identifyemerging workforce capabilities and future skills requirements driven by AI adoption and digitalization trends.
Work closely with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, to align AI transformation goals with business priorities
Maintaining continuous communication with key stakeholders in support of the people strategy, and plan and solicitfeedbacks, to uplift the programs and capabilities
Driving the sales cycle and help with practice development and eminence building
Supporting development of junior consultants by actively guiding them
Demonstrating strong technical and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders
Being abreast of best practices and frameworks, to sustain a best-in-class and highly innovative program
About you
Demonstrates problem solving skills and the ability to work in complex and dynamic environments, including senior stakeholders
Demonstrate project leadership experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience within the human capital domain
Familiarity with AI applications in HR, digital workforce tools, or automation platforms
Ability toidentify, recommend, and implement AI-driven solutions tailored to clientobjectivesand challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate AI concepts and value propositions clearly to diverse audiences.
