About the Team
We, the PwC SEAC Workforce Transformation team, help clients transform their organisations and HR departments to bring a positive change in the workforce and workplace, thus preparing them for the future using experience and digital channels.

Working within a high performing team and collaborating closely with other parts of PwC, you will be responsible for adding value to your client portfolio through the delivery of People & Organisation projects in the field of HR Transformation and Operating Model Design, Change Management, Leadership, Culture, Organisation Design, Strategic Workforce Planning and People Analytics.
About the Role
You will be working as a member of a dynamic, highly collaborative & focused team to co-create and deliver innovative and immersive programs for clients to address their workforce transformation challenges such as:
Helping them transform their ways of working
Supporting change management and communications design and implementationfor large scale technology transformation programmes and operating model redesign
Enabling organisations to make workforce transformations acrossjobs and roles of the future to drive the exponential growth and change ambitions of organisations
Supporting design ofworkforce strategiesand workforce planning frameworksto prepare and transition employees for organisation transformation
Designthe HR operating model fororganisations, includingorganisation design,rolesand responsibilities, governance, KPIsto enablethe HR functiontobecomea strategic advisor to their organisation to meet theirstrategic goals and needs
Develop leaders and leadership teams to be able to lead and support their organisation’s transformation journeys
You will support the team in building andleveragingrelationships with clients, support sales processes by developing proposals, market propositions etc
You will support business development, thought leadership and research & development activities as appropriate
You will contribute to overall development and growth of the People & Organisation practice
About you
Final year of your Bachelors /MastersDegree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources,Economicsor related discipline student from a reputable local university
Good subject matter understanding and interest in a range of workforce-related capabilities including
An understanding of the HR function andit’soperating model
Impact to the workforceas a result ofbusiness,organisationaland operational change
Enablement of future state with a technology enabled lens (e.g.: including implications of AI / GenAI on the future workforce requirements)
Change management approach, culture strategy,leadershipand communications
Demonstrated experience in the ability to take initiative,leveragea design thinking approach, be detail oriented andhave the ability tothink creatively
Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in dynamic environments with changing priorities
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines
Drive, tenacity, client focused, and results oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrable passion for HR and organisation development isa must
Excellent social skills and enjoy working in a diverse environment
