Under the general direction of HR leadership, the HR Generalist 2 serves as a key operational contributor within the UCLA Health Human Resources Service Center, supporting high volume and complex HR functions across the employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for processing and auditing HR transactions, managing employee and departmental inquiries, maintaining accurate and compliant HR records, and ensuring audit readiness across HR systems.
In this role, you will utilize systems such as UCPath, ServiceNow, Avature, Salesforce, and RASC interfaces to support data integrity, regulatory compliance, and timely service delivery. You will work closely with HR Service Center teams, Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and Compliance, to resolve issues, identify process improvements, and enhance the overall employee experience.
Hourly salary range: $ 31.51 - $ 62.64
