Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for assigned client projects.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines and milestones to ensure the project stays on track.
Co-ordinate with cross functional teams, including sales, technical and client services, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Client Onboarding:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding process, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with clients to define project scope, goals and deliverables.
Solution customization and configuration:
Work closely with the technical team to customize and configure our product and services to meet client specifications.
Provide guidance on best practices and optimal usage of our solutions based on the client’s business needs.
Training and Support:
Deliver training sessions to clients, both remotely and on-site, to ensure they are proficient in using our products and tools.
Provide ongoing post-implementation support to trouble shoot and resolve any issues or inquires that arise.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct rigorous testing and validation of the implemented solution to ensure they meet the clients’ requirements and are free of errors.
Continuously monitor the performance of the implemented systems, gathering feedback from clients and making necessary improvements
Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of each implementation including project status, client communication and any customizations made.
Mandatory Skill Sets/Experience
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred: Functional knowledge of UKG time application based on Kronos/HCM applications- ADP Workforce Now, Workday, Infor, Successfactors and Oracle HCM.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user friendly language for clients.
Excellent problem solving and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
2-3 years in an international client facing environment.
Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Customer and client service orientation
Good Excel / Power Point / Word skills
Good at Multitasking, prioritization, time management skills
Flexible to work night shift – US timings.
