About the Role

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on the thrill of the chase? We are seeking a high-energy Workforce Specialist to fuel our growth by identifying and securing new business leads. In this dynamic call centre/business development/sales role, you will be the first point of contact for businesses nationwide, introducing them to MRAEL’ industry-leading apprenticeship and traineeship programs.

Your primary mission is to conduct high-volume cold outreach, qualify decision-makers, and book high-value discovery and information sessions for our expert Apprentice and Employment consultants. If you know how to handle objections, build instant rapport, and open closed doors, this role offers a direct pathway to lucrative commission earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Outreach Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to businesses to introduce our workforce solutions.
  • Lead Generation Identify, research, and drive new business development opportunities and market leads.
  • Appointment Setting Qualify prospective clients and book discovery or information sessions for our consultants.
  • Pipeline Management Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in our CRM.
  • Hit Targets Achieve and exceed daily key performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly booking quotas.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven track record in sales, outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication m skills with the ability to engage business leaders confidently.
  • Strong capability to spot opportunities, navigate gatekeepers, and pitch value efficiently.
  • A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused.
  • Prior experience in employment services, recruitment, Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), or Group Training Organisations (GTOs) is highly regarded but not essential.
