We are looking for an experienced
Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant
with strong technical and functional expertise in
time & attendance, scheduling, integrations, and workforce management solutions
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
WFS configuration, integrations, AMS support, and implementation projects
, along with strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Design, configure, and implement Workforce Software (WFS) solutions based on business requirements.
Work on workforce scheduling, time & attendance, premiums, banks, and exception handling.
Participate in end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Manage integrations between
HR systems, WFS, and payroll systems
(imports/exports).
Handle HR imports, payroll exports, and custom exports.
Support upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
Provide application support including incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
Resolve complex client issues within SLA timelines.
Maintain system stability through proactive monitoring and fixes.
Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, and custom design documents.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and clients to deliver solutions.
Provide technical recommendations and participate in client discussions.
Workforce Software certifications:
PT102 – Configuration (Policy Editor / Functional)
PT103 – Integration (Technical)
Strong knowledge of Workforce Software architecture and modules.
Experience in WFS implementations and AMS support projects.
Good SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Workforce scheduling, time & attendance modules.
Banks, premiums, exceptions handling.
Policy editor configuration.
Integrations between HR systems, WFS, and payroll systems.
Custom exports/imports and data interfaces.
Exposure to integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi or similar).
Experience in global or multi-country WFS implementations.
Knowledge of HR/payroll/ERP integrations.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and AMS support frameworks.
