🌟 We’re Hiring: Workforce Scheduling Administrator

Homebased

Full Time, Fixed term contract until February 2027

ÂŁ27,000-ÂŁ30,000 per annum

Are you an organised and proactive individual? We're looking for a Workforce Scheduling Administrator to join our team and ensure clinical sites are fully staffed by coordinating schedules, managing candidate availability, and maintaining accurate workforce records to support smooth daily operations.

Part of Acacium Group, Xyla is an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system. Our services help people avoid hospital or accelerate them safely through it, with specialist support in their community or homes whenever needed. We work in partnership with Our Future Health, the UK’s largest ever health research programme, which aims to help people live healthier lives for longer by improving the prevention, early detection, and treatment of major conditions.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate workforce scheduling across multiple clinical sites nationwide

  • Gather staff availability and allocate shifts in line with operational requirements

  • Confirm bookings and communicate schedules clearly and efficiently

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date workforce records and systems

  • Act as a key point of contact for staff queries relating to shifts and availability

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of operations, ensuring all sites are appropriately resourced

  • Experience in scheduling, workforce planning, or administration

  • Proficient in using systems and Microsoft Office tools
