Job Responsibilities

  • Centralised roster planning for team members in Resort Operations departments.
  • Implement diverse staffing models to optimise labour productivity while ensuring fair employee work rules.
  • Evaluate labour planning against evolving business requirements and identify cross-deployment opportunities to improve productivity.
  • Analyse business transactional data from various sources and systems to generate actionable insights for operational efficiency.
  • Engage operations on ongoing labour trends through structured labour analytics reviews.
  • Identify the implications of MOM regulations versus internal work rules for team members across the organisation.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for scheduling systems, including Virtual Roster and Time Manager.
  • Assist with the implementation of new processes, dashboards and projects.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as required, contributing to the broader objectives of the role.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Analytics and Supply Chain would be preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in workforce scheduling and analytics, in any industry.

Other Prerequisites

  • Prior experience working with scheduling systems such as Virtual Roster would be an advantage.

  • Self-starter who exercises discretion and demonstrates strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand formulas and perform data transformations across multiple data sources.

  • Team-oriented and results-driven, with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines effectively.

  • Ability to effectively communicate workforce planning vision and strategies through both verbal and written communication.
