Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Analytics and Supply Chain would be preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in workforce scheduling and analytics, in any industry.
Other Prerequisites
Prior experience working with scheduling systems such as Virtual Roster would be an advantage.
Self-starter who exercises discretion and demonstrates strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand formulas and perform data transformations across multiple data sources.
Team-oriented and results-driven, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines effectively.
Ability to effectively communicate workforce planning vision and strategies through both verbal and written communication.
