In this role, you'll:

Work within a team focused on strategic workforce planning and insights, you will lead the design and delivery of workforce strategies that ensure the organisation has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

You’ll analyse workforce data, identify trends, and translate business needs into practical, data-driven workforce solutions. Through strong collaboration and facilitation, you’ll partner with divisional teams to develop workforce plans that enhance capability, agility, and operational efficiency in a dynamic and complex environment.

About you

You are a strategic and analytical professional who uses data-driven insights to shape future workforce needs. Confident in engaging with senior leaders and partners within People & Culture, you translate business priorities into practical workforce plans and strategies.

You stay ahead of workforce trends and risks, using your expertise to inform decisions and guide organisational priorities. Skilled in strategies and project delivery, you deliver clear, evidence-based solutions that strengthen capability and ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
