In this role, you'll:

Work as part of the People and Workforce Strategy team delivering enterprise wide workforce plans.

This role will see you shape the future of Transport for NSW’s workforce by undertaking strategic research, analysis and planning to inform the design and implementation of forward looking workforce plans. You’ll identify emerging capability needs, analyse workforce trends and advise on strategic responses to complex people challenges ensuring talent, mobility and resourcing decisions are aligned with organisational priorities.

You will lead the development of data driven, future focused workforce solutions in a dynamic and evolving environment that demands agility, collaboration and innovation.

About you

You bring significant experience in data analytics and workforce planning, complemented by broad exposure to Human Resources and People & Culture programs and issues.

You will have strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities with the demonstrated ability to interpret complex workforce data and deliver high impact insights and recommendations to inform executive decision making.

You will also have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead complex conversations and influence outcomes across diverse audiences.
