So, who are we looking for?
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Workforce Planner Coordinator to support workforce planning and rostering activities across our Rail operations.
Working closely with the Workforce Planner, you'll support roster administration, coordinate communication with employees, and contribute to the efficient delivery of workforce planning processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration, scheduling or coordination experience who is looking to build their career in workforce planning.
You will be a highly organised administrator with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing enquiries, maintaining accurate records and building effective working relationships across the business. Your contribution will help ensure our people are in the right place at the right time to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The Fundamentals
As the Workforce Planner Coordinator, you will provide administrative support across workforce planning, rostering, reporting and employee coordination activities. Working with key departments, you will help ensure staffing requirements are met, processes are delivered efficiently and workforce information is maintained.
