The Workforce Operations Project Intern will provide project and administrative support for HR & Talent Acquisition Operations initiatives. Working closely with Program Managers and Project Coordinators, this role will assist with project documentation, meeting support, audits, testing activities, and operational tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting workforce technology, process improvement, and project management initiatives in a collaborative team environment.

• June 7, 2027 - August 6, 2027

• Support Program Managers and Project Coordinators with day-to-day project and operational activities.
• Assist with maintaining project plans, timelines, action item trackers, and other project documentation in partnership with the Program Managers.
• Conduct audits, testing activities, and data reviews using established standards and templates to help ensure quality and compliance.
• Update SharePoint sites, resource materials, process documentation, and other project resources.
• Perform other projects and administrative support activities as assigned.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field. May also have a bachelor’s and be currently pursuing a master’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Aptitude and interest in learning new systems, processes, and technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Previous internship, campus leadership, volunteer, administrative, or project support experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Planner, or other collaboration tools.
• Interest in project management, business operations, workforce operations, human resources, or recruiting operations.
