The Operations Assistant provides vital day-to-day operational support with a primary focus on staff scheduling and workforce coordination for assigned communities. This role is responsible for schedule creation and finalization, real-time schedule management, and support of timekeeping and payroll processes to ensure continuity of services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Position Details:

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in scheduling, timekeeping, payroll support, or administrative operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, community-based services, or hospital operations.
  • Familiarity with workforce management or electronic scheduling systems.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or system-level operations.
