THE JOB:

Drive the rhythm of our operation as a Workforce Management Specialist. You’ll use cutting‑edge scheduling software to create agile staffing solutions that keep every department running at peak performance. Working closely with leaders and team members, you’ll deliver standout internal service in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where your work directly impacts the success of the business.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Subject matter expert on Workforce Management software and processes; track, monitor, and communicate all system issues and downtime

  • Create scheduling solutions for departments that account for current business demands as well as exceptions

  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies

  • Suggest scheduling changes and create new business models

  • Discover new best practices to enhance staffing while following current labor agreements and adhere to all ethical and equity when managing the scheduling process

  • Determine the balance between optimum scheduling, service expectations and current legal/legislative requirements

  • Work as a team completing daily schedule operations, such as leave requests and call outs

  • Manage Key Performance Indicators, including but not limited to Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, ASA and AHT on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • High School Diploma or GED is Required

  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience is Required

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays is Required

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$24.50

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
