We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Workforce Management Advisor, for Full Time opportunity based out of our Balcatta, WA office.

As Workforce Management Advisor, you’ll:

• Maintain and enhance workforce management processes to align with Hours Management principles.
• Ensure pay-related business processes are fit-for-purpose and streamlined.
• Act as a key liaison between Payroll, Operations, and Finance to troubleshoot WFM issues and support system/process reviews.
• Align system designs and processes with agreed operational parameters.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Analyse workforce data to identify trends and support labour forecasting.
• Guide operations on efficient scheduling to reduce overtime and third-party labour costs while ensuring coverage.
• Provide expert advice on WFM policies and support end-users with system/process troubleshooting.
• Deliver insightful dashboards and reports with recommendations to mitigate risks and boost efficiency.
• Ensure end-users are confident and competent with WFM systems and processes.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with UKG PRO WFM and operational processes.
• A strong customer service ethic and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A process-driven mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role or relevant field.
