Workforce Engagement Coordinator

Rasmussen University is seeking a Workforce Engagement Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact career and workforce-related events that connect students, alumni, employers, and community stakeholders. This role is responsible for delivering residential alliance–facing recruitment and hiring events, in-person career fairs, on campus tabling and alumni engagement programming both on campus and within the broader community.
The Engagement Coordinator works cross-functionally with Workforce Solutions, Career Services, Alumni Relations, Campus Leadership, and Corporate Marketing to ensure events are strategically aligned, professionally executed, and measurable in impact. This position plays a critical role in strengthening employer relationships, increasing student and alumni engagement, and supporting workforce development initiatives. Successful individuals may have the opportunity to advance into an Account Manager role.

Requirements:
Ability to travel in and out of state up to 75% of the time.
