Job Title: Workforce Coordinator

The Coordinator of Self-Hired Workforce will provide oversight of self-hired workforce matters for CFS Self Directed Supports. Supports workforce operations for SDS including staff lifecycle, communication, and compliance support.

Responsibilities
- Supervise SDS onboarding specialists and program assistants
- Review attendance roster and service counts in Evero for large workforce
- Approve employee timecards and coordinate with payroll (non-processing oversight)
- Approve PTO requests and monitor accruals
- Coordinate prior pay-period corrections and submissions
- Prepare transportation and expense reports for payroll processing
- Support workforce-to-billing workflow coordination (non-approval)
- Serve as liaison to HR for staff issues including pay inquiries, FMLA, and benefits coordination
- Serve as liaison to families regarding staff performance, compliance, and service concerns
- Process changes of status and employee separations
- Facilitate staff training and monthly workforce meetings
- Use dashboards to monitor workforce activity and trends
- Conduct new hire and 30-day check-ins
- Support DSP evaluations tracking
- Provide MVV protocol guidance
- Provide OT awareness and tracking support (non-payroll)
- Assist with PTO tracking coordination
- Provide systems access coordination (Evero, HRIS, email)
- Support additional projects and staff training
- Respond to roster-related inquiries
- Handle inbound workforce inquiries
- Coordinate communication with staff, families, and admins
- Collaborate with SDS team on staffing support
- Escalate issues to leadership
- Provide backup coverage and perform related duties
Required Skills and Competencies:

- Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity in dealing with confidentiality issues; ability to work independently and execute sound reasoning and judgment.

- Excellent conflict resolution abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong tracking and compliance oversight skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Comfortable with HRIS/Timekeeping and other software systems.
- Preferred experience with OPWDD Self Direction program.

Pay Range
