The Workforce Belonging Generalist will lead and manage initiatives aimed at promoting team member equity and belonging within our health system and community. This role involves strategic execution, partnership development, program implementation, and evaluation to address biases, disparities and improve team member belonging within the health system.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human services field and 2 years professional experience
