
Workforce Australia - Post Placement Support Consultants (Penrith Head Office)
Global Skills is a long standing and successful Employment Services Provider delivering Workforce Australia (WFA), Inclusive Employment Australia, Transition to Work and Career Transition Assistance across the Sydney and NSW Central Coast Regions.
We are currently looking for 3 WFA Post Placement Support Consultants to join our centralised team based at our Penrith Head Office.
About the role
While based at Penrith, successful candidates will be responsible for delivering quality Post Placement Support across our regions. The role will involve regular contact with both Participants and Employers, including workplace visits as required using our pool car.
Ideal candidates will be compassionate, organised and outcomes-focused who are able to assist people who have recently re-entered the workforce after unemployment. You will provide practical, tailored support to help participants settle into their roles, overcome early workplace challenges and maintain sustainable employment.
You will build trusted relationships with participants and employers, identify job retention risks early, coordinate appropriate assistance and maintain accurate records. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people build confidence, independence and long-term success at work.
