Workforce Analytics Analyst in GAC Savannah

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in related field (HR, Business or Information systems) required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 2 years of experience in HR, Analytics, or Information Systems. Experience with Visier Workforce Analytics and Planning or similar tool. Position PurposeUnder minimal supervision, support the Human Resources Workforce Analytics and Planning function. Provide super user administration and subject matter expert (SME) support on Workforce Analytics and Planning tools.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
  1. Generate advanced ad-hoc and production reports, metrics and analytics .
  2. Discover and explore patterns and trends .
  3. Collaborate with customers to create standardized enterprise reporting libraries and dashboards .
  4. Ensure stakeholders are trained and current in report libraries and end user reporting tools .
  5. Work with internal stakeholders on data reconciliation .
  6. Develop new and/or enhanced metrics and reporting methods and documentation .
  7. Drive process improvements to strengthen controls and reduce production time on reports, metrics, and dashboards .
  8. Support preparation and validation of data for onboarding into enterprise workforce analytics tool .
Additional Functions:
  1. Coordinate the design and development of training materials required. to educate the HR departments and organization staff on system access, navigation and utilization for the Workforce Analytics and Planning tools. Assist in delivery of training. .
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:
  1. Advanced Excel skills: comfort with lookups, and logical/aggregation formulas; cleaning, parsing, and filtering data; creating and formatting charts and visualizations to arrive at clean, presentable reports.
  2. Database skills: able to write queries and join datasets in relational databases; filter, parse, and clean data using basic functions.

This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
