At Arvato, keeping complex supply chains running smoothly requires more than smart processes and technology, it requires the right people. As a Workforce Administrator, you play an important role in ensuring that our workforce planning and administration are accurate, efficient, and up to date.

You will be an important link between Workforce Planners, Operations, HR, and our staffing partners. You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly when circumstances change.

Your role

As a Workforce Administrator, you support the Workforce Planning team with all administrative processes. You ensure that workforce data is accurate and that changes are processed correctly and on time.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing and checking employee and workforce planning data;
• Registering availability, employee deployment, and contract information;
• Maintaining contact with Operations, HR, and staffing partners;
• Preparing and maintaining reports and workforce overviews;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement and standardization of WFM processes.

No two days are the same. In a dynamic logistics environment, volumes and staffing requirements can change quickly. You remain calm under pressure, maintain an overview, and make sure the administration is accurate.

What you bring

We are looking for someone who enjoys organizing, working accurately, and operating in a fast-paced environment.

You have:

• MBO+ or bachelor's degree level of working and thinking;
• Previous experience in administration, planning, workforce management, HR, or logistics is a plus;
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
• A structured and analytical approach to your work;
• Excellent communication skills;
• A proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility;
• The ability to prioritize and adapt quickly;
• Good command of English.

Experience with workforce management systems, planning software, or HR systems is an advantage.
