Job Description

Job Expectations

Build your career and Australia’s future.

Not many people can say they are working on building Australia’s future. With us you’ll be doing just that, leaving a legacy for all Australians. Plus, there’s equal employment, great training, and true flexible working arrangements.

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Workflow Delivery Specialist - Network reporting to Senior Manager Network Performance Delivery.

A bit about your role

As a Workflow Delivery Specialist – Network, you will play a vital role in connecting people, systems, and outcomes to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of network programs. You will thoroughly assess, triage, and prioritise incoming demand across COAT and FTTx programs, guiding each request toward the right pathway, partner, or skilled workforce to enable timely and high-quality delivery.

Working closely with internal teams and service delivery partners, you will help shape efficient work packages and monitor progress across the end-to-end lifecycle, bringing clarity to complexity and proactively addressing risks before they impact customers. You will troubleshoot and resolve network and service performance issues, ensuring alignment with service level expectations and Wholesale Broadband Agreement obligations, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer experience.

Your contribution will extend beyond coordination, as you draw on data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement across programs. By nurturing collaborative relationships and fostering a supportive delivery culture, you will help create an environment where partners feel genuinely connected to nbn’s purpose and values, and where outcomes are achieved together with care and accountability.

A bit about you

You are a collaborative and thoughtful professional who brings a strong understanding of network operations, scheduling, and delivery within a field or construction environment. With your natural ability to connect with others, you build trusted relationships across diverse teams and partners, creating alignment and shared momentum even in complex or fast-paced situations.

You are confident in your ability to problem-solve and make considered decisions, balancing operational priorities with customer outcomes and commercial obligations. Your approach is organised and proactive, allowing you to anticipate risks, communicate openly, and guide work through to completion with quality, clarity and care.

With your curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement, you are comfortable working with data to uncover insights and strengthen performance outcomes. You take pride in contributing to a respectful and inclusive team culture, where ideas are welcomed, support is shared, and success is celebrated collectively.
