We are seeking a dedicated Workflow & Automation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions to optimize business processes across various departments.

Experience Range: 4 to 8 years

* Key Skills:

* Workflow development (BBM or equivalent BPM platforms)

* RPA hands-on experience

* BPMN modeling and process automation

* API integrations and backend connectivity

* Ability to translate business processes into workflow logic

* Additional Notes:

* Strong analytical skills and understanding of automation best practices

* Experience in SDLC and collaboration with business stakeholders is advantageous

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions using relevant tools and platforms.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather and document automation requirements.
• Develop, test, and maintain scripts, workflows, or applications to automate repetitive tasks.
• Integrate automation solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to workflow designs and automation processes.
• Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and best practices to continually enhance process automation capabilities.
