We are currently seeking an experienced attorney to join our Workers' Compensation team in Atlanta. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of practice experience in workers' compensation defense and a portable book of business (although not required). Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
