Job Description

Windsor Troy Law, LLP is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Deposition Attorney to support our expanding practice. This is a great opportunity for attorneys who want flexible work while developing skills in Workers’ Compensation law.

Responsibilities

• Handle case appearances, including status conferences and lien trials
• Take and defend depositions
• Manage discovery tasks and ensure compliance with deadlines
• Coordinate with supervising attorneys and provide case status updates
• Support trial preparation and related litigation tasks

Qualifications

• No prior Workers’ Compensation experience required (training provided)
• Litigation, deposition, or case management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new practice areas

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000. Based on Experience
