In this role, you will support Amplifon Hearing Health Care's workers' compensation business by coordinating hearing healthcare services and managing case-related activities from initial referral through ongoing follow-up. You'll serve as an important point of contact for injured workers, claims professionals, healthcare providers, and client partners, helping ensure cases move forward accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to take ownership of their work. Previous workers' compensation experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation: Based on qualifications, we anticipate the hiring range will be $23.00-$25.25 per hour. This position is also eligible to participate in a quarterly incentive program.
Work Arrangement: This position may be performed onsite or remotely for candidates residing in one of the states in which AHHC operates: IA, MD, OH, SD, TX, FL, IL, KY, MN, MO, NC, SC.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm CST / 8:30am-5:00pm EST.
