
Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor
Location: Las Vegas, NV Schedule: Hybrid (after initial training period) - M-F 8am to 4:30pm Salary Range: $72,000-$85,000 (depending on experience)

The Workers’ Compensation Claim Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily performance and workload of a claims team supporting a single, dedicated municipal client account This role provides direct supervision to workers’ compensation claim professionals and claim assistants while ensuring claims are handled in compliance with Nevada statutory requirements, client expectations, and CCMSI standards. Following an initial training period, this position operates on a hybrid schedule based out of CCMSI’s Las Vegas, NV office. The ideal candidate brings strong Nevada WC expertise, prior municipal experience, and a commitment to high‑quality claim service, team development, and client satisfaction.

Prior supervisory or people-lead experience within Workers’ Compensation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation: The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
