We are seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claim Representative II to manage a caseload of active indemnity claims with strong technical expertise and sound judgment. This role requires 5–10 years of experience and an active ICA Adjuster Authorization.You will be dedicated to a single municipal account, handling investigations, compensability decisions, and claim resolution while delivering excellent client service. The position offers an opportunity to further develop your skills and grow into more senior claim roles, while upholding CCMSI’s high standards for quality and performance.

Compensation & Compliance
The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
