
Workers Compensation Advisor – High-Risk - Multi Industry

We’re looking for a Workers Compensation Advisor to join our national team, with opportunities in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. In this role, you’ll support early-stage claims and workers compensation processes, working closely with Injury Management Advisors, payroll, safety teams and insurers to help drive timely, accurate and compliant outcomes.

About the role
As a Workers Compensation Advisor, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination and administration of workers compensation and injury management processes. You’ll focus on early-stage and lower-risk claims, helping with everything from initial notifications through to wage payments and documentation. It’s a role that sits firmly in the insurance and claims space, with exposure to injury management and return-to-work support along the way. You’ll be working across systems, data and processes, making sure everything is accurate, compliant and moving forward.
Key responsibilities
Coordinating early notification of injuries and gathering initial claim information.
Supporting the lodgement and progression of workers compensation and income protection claims.
Managing wage-related claim activities, including payments, tracking and reconciliations.
Maintaining accurate records across workers compensation and injury management systems.
Liaising with internal teams and external providers while supporting IMAs with RTW plans and general claims administration.
