Job Identification

  • To support warehouse operations by performing manual handling tasks, organizing materials, ensuring accurate stock movement, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

What We Expect

  • Full compliance with all occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).
  • Accurate order assembly, ensuring correct flavors, quantities, and proper load arrangement in the vehicle.
  • Carrying out tasks assigned within the employee’s job level by direct supervisors.
  • Handling products in a manner that ensures their safety and prevents any damage during handling, sorting, packaging, and assembling.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of warehouses and yards.
  • Complying with the company’s internal regulations, with the employee acknowledging that they have reviewed the internal regulations prior to signing the job description.
  • Ensuring pallets are properly maintained before being sent to the production department and sharing feedback regarding returned pallets.
  • Sharing pallet stock levels and observations on pallets during sorting returned from warehouses and distributors.
  • Organizing and storing materials in designated locations within the warehouse.
  • Participating in periodic inventory counts, reporting any damages or shortages in stock.

Qualification

  • Basic reading and writing skills.
  • High school certificate or equivalent.
  • Good physical fitness to handle manual tasks.
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations (preferred).
  • Ability to use warehouse tools and equipment such as hand pallet jacks.
  • Willingness to commit to flexible working hours.
