Agilysis is looking for a Workday Talent & Performance Consultant with 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering Workday solutions. This role is well suited for professionals with experience implementing or supporting Workday Talent Optimization module, who are comfortable engaging stakeholders and driving effective functional solution

The consultant will lead workshops, translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, and provide strategic guidance on Talent and Performance best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Advisory

• Lead client discovery sessions and design workshops for Workday Talent and Performance.

• Advise clients on best practices for performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development.

• Provide strategic recommendations aligned with client business objectives.

• Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders.

Solution Design & Configuration

• Configure and deploy Workday Talent & Performance modules, including:

  • Performance Review templates

  • Goals Management

  • Talent Review frameworks (9-box, calibration, etc.)

  • Succession Planning

  • Career & Development tools

• Design and optimize Business Process Frameworks (BPF).

• Configure security roles and domain policies relevant to Talent & Performance.

• Build custom reports and calculated fields to meet client reporting needs.

Implementation & Delivery

• Lead or support end-to-end Workday implementations.

• Manage configuration workbooks and documentation.

• Support data loads using EIB and assist with integration touchpoints where required.

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles.

• Support Workday bi-annual releases, including impact assessment and feature enablement.

Post-Go-Live Support

• Provide hypercare support post-deployment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and production issues.

• Identify opportunities for system optimization and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Talent & Performance configuration experience.

• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.

• Strong understanding of Workday HCM architecture and business process design.

• Proven experience leading client workshops and requirements gathering sessions.

• Experience with reporting (custom reports, calculated fields) and loading data using EIBs.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client priorities and deadlines.
