Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
Workday System Administration & Configuration
· Maintain and support Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting,
Performance, Learning, Peakon and Finance integrations.
· Configure and maintain business processes, workflows, security roles, system updates, condition rules and custom reports.
· Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
· Identify opportunities to streamline HR, payroll and finance processes using WD functionality
· Document workflows, procedures and system configurations
· Participate and support in Workday releases and upgrades, testing new features, coordination and functionality, deployment –
including impact analysis, system enhancements and project implementation.
· Support tenant management strategy, including sandbox and production environments – testing
· Manage the ZK techo – respond to inquiries – Clock system
HR (All), Payroll, and Finance Support
· Provide functional and technical support for HR, Payroll, and Finance users.
· Troubleshoot system issues and resolve data discrepancies across modules.
· Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance leadership to support operational needs.
· Ensure alignment of Workday processes with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
· Respond timely to all inquiries
· Run reports for the teams (All of HR teams, finance and payroll).
Data Integrity and Reporting
· Maintain data integrity across HR, payroll, and financial records within Workday.
· Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
· Provide data insights to leadership for decision-making.
· Support internal audits and compliance reporting.
Integrations and System Interfaces
· Coordinate with IT and vendors on system updates and troubleshooting.
· Ensure data accuracy and security across integrations.
· Manage and monitor integrations between Workday and external systems, such as:
· Benefits vendors – carrier integrations and file feeds
· Timekeeping systems
· Financial systems
· Banking and payroll vendors
· ZK Techo
· Avignon Training and User Support
· Provide training and guidance to HR, Payroll, and Finance users.
· Develop system documentation and user guides.
· Act as a subject matter expert for Workday functionality.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in one of the following required and or equivalent experience: Human Resources, Information Systems,
Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics
· Workday HCM Certification
· Workday Payroll Certification
· SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP (optional)
Experience / Knowledge:
· 3–5 years experience in HRIS or Workday administration required
· Experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Finance systems preferred
· Experience with Workday implementation or optimization projects
· Experience in healthcare or large complex organizations preferred
· Knowledge of unions preferred
· Benefit knowledge preferred
· Detail-oriented and highly analytical
· Strong in data integrity and reporting
· Process improvement focused
· Comfortable working cross-functionally
· Able to translate business needs into system solutions
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
