Job Description


Provide AMS (post-production) support for Workday integrations, ensuring stable data flow, quick issue resolution, and ongoing enhancements.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and troubleshoot Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect, APIs)
  • Handle L2/L3 incidents, root cause analysis, and SLA adherence
  • Support integration enhancements and Workday release testing
  • Coordinate with functional teams and third-party vendors
  • Maintain integration and support documentation

Skills & Experience:
  • 4+ years of Workday integration support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, SOAP/REST, XML
  • Experience in AMS/production support environments
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
