You will work closely with technical leads to deliver integrations and technical solutions to agreed specifications, while ensuring reliability, testing quality, and effective documentation.

What you will do

  • Build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using Core Connectors, EIBs, Studio, Orchestrate, PECI/WECI, where relevant.

  • Experience building and maintaining integrations to defined technical specifications.
  • Strong understanding of integration testing and controlled release processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration failures and maintain reliable integration performance.

  • Comfortable working within SLAs, technical standards, and release governance in a global environment.

Preferred

  • Workday Integration certification.
  • Experience with Workday Studio or Workday Extend.
  • Exposure to Workday Prism, HR automation, or AI tooling.
  • Experience working in a Global Capability Centre or offshore delivery environment.
