In this role, reporting to the Head of People Tech, you'll work at the heart of our Workday ecosystem. You'll collaborate closely with People Operations, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure our Workday HCM setup remains scalable, reliable, and intuitive as we grow.
Rather than simply maintaining the system, you'll help shape how our employee lifecycle processes are designed, configured, and continuously improved, ensuring Workday supports both operational excellence and a seamless experience for SumUppers.
