Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in configuring Workday HCM and Finance modules under guidance from senior consultants.
• Support integration activities using EIBs and Core Connectors
• Perform routine system maintenance, data loads, and troubleshooting.
• Help prepare and run reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and Finance teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document solutions.
• Participate in testing cycles (unit, regression, and UAT) for new Workday features or releases.
• Provide end‑user support and training as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Around 1 year of Workday experience in HCM and/or Finance.
• Basic knowledge of Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors).
• Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and security concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Workday certification (HCM or Integrations) is a plus.
