Must Have:
Time & Attendance systems implementation (UKG Pro, Workday, Infor)
Union payroll rules configuration (overtime, premiums, meal penalties, shift differentials)
CBA interpretation and rule mapping
Payroll and time data reconciliation
System integration across Time, Payroll, HCM
Agile delivery (sprint planning, execution)
Functional requirements and process design
Responsibilities:
Lead end to end Time & Attendance transformation programs
Own timelines, risks, and executive reporting
Configure and validate union payroll rules based on CBAs
Run requirements workshops and document functional specs
Translate business rules into system configurations
Drive integration between Time, Payroll, and HCM systems
Define and execute testing strategy including parallel runs
Perform payroll and time data reconciliation
Ensure compliance with labor and regulatory requirements
Lead stakeholder communication and adoption efforts
Qualifications:
10+ years in Time & Attendance and payroll systems
Strong experience in union environments
Hands on experience with UKG Pro, Workday, or Infor
Experience leading large scale system transformations
Strong data analysis and validation skills
Experience working with system integrators
Nice to Have:
Entertainment or media industry experience
Payroll audit and compliance experience
Advanced integration architecture exposure
Change management experience
