Workday Senior Consultant1

Key Responsibilities

• Lead presales engagements including solution demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Act as Solution Architect across Workday implementations, defining end-to-end solution design aligned to client business objectives.
• Serve as CoE Lead — establishing best practices, reusable accelerators, delivery methodologies, and internal capability-building.
• presales/solutionProvide hands-on functional guidance across Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.).
• Mentor consultants and drive continuous improvement in solution quality and delivery outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Workday experience. Extensive hands-on Workday experience across multiple functional modules, with configuration and design depth.
• Overall 10+ years of experience. Proven presales / solution architecture track record in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong grasp of implementation methodologies, integrations, and enterprise transformation.
• Workday certification(s) in one or more modules preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently.
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
