As the Workday Recruitment Product Owner, you will be responsible for owning, governing and continuously improving the end-to-end recruitment process from an operational perspective. In this role, you ensure that our processes in Workday (and other applications within the Recruitment area) effectively support business needs, and that recruitment processes are implemented consistently across the VELUX Group. You will drive process standardisation, system optimisation and seamless integration with external platforms (e.g. LinkedIn).
Your responsibilities
Own the operational end-to-end recruitment process and ensure full adoption across the organisation.
Lead the design of Recruitment processes in Workday, defining business requirements, priorities and future enhancements, while collaborating closely with IT teams responsible for technical configuration, releases and system maintenance.
Translate business strategy into actionable product roadmaps and backlogs for Recruitment, balancing input from stakeholders with the goal to identify opportunities for optimisation, increased efficiency and an excellent candidate and user experience.
Drive change management for recruitment processes and tools, including implementation, stakeholder alignment and effective communication.
Our requirements
You are passionate about recruitment, onboarding and candidate/employee experience, with a strong focus on digitalising and optimising processes.
You have experience driving the rollout of standardised processes and solutions, ensuring effective implementation and sustained adoption across a global organisation.
You have managed projects end-to-end, defining key deliverables and ensuring timely, high-quality execution.
You know how to create and facilitate engaging workshops and deliver impactful training programmes, both in person and virtually.
Ideally, you possess in-depth knowledge of the HR technology vendor landscape, particularly Workday or other related people technology platforms.
You have fluent English communication skills.
