About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Workday PATT Consultant to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality Workday solutions. This position focuses on leading and supporting end-to-end Workday implementations, with a strong emphasis on Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking & Time (PATT). You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure successful delivery while driving best practice across the Workday environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support Workday implementations across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking & Time modules
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Configure Workday PATT modules in line with business needs and best practices
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing optimisation and support
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live enhancements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Workday Consultant, with strong expertise in PATT (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking & Time)
  • Experience delivering end-to-end Workday implementations
  • Strong understanding of Workday configuration and business process frameworks
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and business teams
  • Experience working alongside integration teams and understanding system interfaces
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Workday certifications in relevant modules (highly regarded)

Eligibility

xAmplify partners with a diverse client base, including Federal Government, Defense, Enterprise, State Government, and Private Sector. As a result, our eligibility criteria may vary depending on the projects you may undertake

Our Federal Government and Defence Projects will require:

  • Australian Citizenship
  • An active Baseline (or higher) security clearance, or the ability to obtain one

Our Enterprise, State Government, Local Government, and Private Sector Projects will require:

Location

We’re flexible! If you’re in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast you’ll have the opportunity to connect with us in person in our offices but we also welcome candidates from locations across the Australian East Coast. Our team operates on a hybrid work model, so you will have the ability to work from our office, client sites (as required with your allocated projects) or from home.

Salary

  • For this role, we are offering a total remuneration package (base salary + 12% super) of $112,000 - $168,000
