We’re looking for a part-time LMS Administrator to support ongoing operations within Workday Learning This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys managing learning workflows and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
This role is centered on campaign execution and reporting—not full LMS ownership.
Set up and manage learning campaigns in Workday Learning
Run and deliver reports, including audit-related requests
Support course assignments and learner targeting
Assist with migration to Workday Engagement Builder (next ~6 months)
Partner with an existing LMS admin (clear division of responsibilities)
Must-have:
Hands-on experience with Workday Learning (LMS administration)
Strong experience with reporting and operational LMS tasks
Experience supporting campaigns, assignments, or similar workflows
Ability to work independently in a production/support environment
Nice-to-have:
Experience with Workday Engagement Builder
Exposure to audit/compliance reporting
Experience supporting large, global learner populations
Independent consultants looking for steady, part-time work
