With our Workday Service Partner status, we can bring a steady flow of Workday projects into our pipeline – and we need experts like you to help our customers see the value of their investment materialize faster.

• Lead the implementation of Workday Learning (LMS) for clients, ensuring smooth integration with other Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Talent Management).
• Engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, define the scope, and develop detailed implementation plans.
• Provide end-to-end support through the project lifecycle including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Configure Workday Learning modules, including course creation, content management, learning paths, certifications, and reporting.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure effective data migration, integration, and system setup.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for Learning admins/end users, enabling them to effectively use the Workday Learning system post-implementation.
• Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting issues and provide solutions to address complex client challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful change management and user adoption.
• Prepare documentation, such as functional specifications, training guides, and test scripts.
• Support clients during the post-go-live phase with system updates, enhancements, and ongoing Support.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in implementation of Workday Learning
• Good communication skills and customer-support mindset
