Job Description Summary:
The role acts as the primary operational partner between HR business stakeholders, HR Technology teams, Enterprise Architecture, Vendors, and Automation Delivery teams, ensuring stable, compliant, and value-driven HR services and automation capabilities. The role ensures strategic roadmap execution, operational excellence, governance compliance, stakeholder alignment, vendor management, and continuous improvement across all HR technology services.
Lead and govern Husqvarna's HR Technology ecosystem, supporting both:
- HR Integration Landscape : Workday, Payroll Platforms, Time & Attendance Systems, Workforce Management Solutions, HRIS Ecosystem
- HR Automation Landscape : Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, RPA Solutions, Conversational AI, Workflow Automation
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the HR Technology, Integration, and Automation landscape across Workday, HRIS, Payroll, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and RPA solutions.
- Manage service delivery, governance, compliance, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as the strategic business partner between HR stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
- Drive AI-powered HR transformation through automation, conversational AI, workflow optimization, and integration modernization.
- Lead vendor management, stakeholder engagement, program coordination, and enterprise governance activities.
- Ensure secure, compliant, and scalable HR technology services that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
