About the Role
We are seeking experienced professionals with expertise in Australian Payroll solutions who want to transition to our successful Workday Consulting team. Candidates should have experience in payroll design and module configuration across any payroll software, with a strong understanding of Payroll Parallel Testing.
Successful candidates will receive Workday Payroll certification and ongoing mentorship from our experts throughout their first projects.
Your Typical Day
As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you’ll participate in Workday Payroll implementations for Australian Clients, ensuring systems meet Client requirements, adhering to project timelines, and offering guidance to team members. You’ll manage Client communication, including gathering requirements, providing updates, training, and offering post-implementation support. Additionally, you’ll mentor junior team members and continue developing through certifications, webinars, and industry events.
About Our Team
Human Capital’s HR Transformation practice provides advisory and implementation services for ERP products like SAP, Oracle, and Workday. We guide Clients through all phases of implementation, offering both functional and technical services. Deloitte helps Clients maximize their ERP investment with regular training, certifications, and collaboration across multiple service areas.
